Marketing Coordinator

Location: This role will be remote initially due to COVID, but will be expected to be local to New York, NY long-term.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will report to the Marketing Director and will assist with all marketing initiatives. You’ll assist with content creation on all of Keyrus’ platforms, including website, email, case studies, social media, and others. This is a hands-on role that presents an opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines. We’ll consider strong remote candidates, but ideally this role will be based in New York City.


  • Create online and offline content such as blog posts, case studies, sales collateral, white papers, and email campaigns
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, competitor research, and position tracking
  • Manage social media activity, campaigns, and content curation across all relevant social platforms, including regular reporting on social media analytics
  • Manage the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person events, primarily webinars to start
  • Edit and format responses to technical RFPs
  • Analyze and research the data analytics/business intelligence industries (key players, companies, tools, technologies) to carry out effective, targeted marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with our Marketing Director and sales team to identify ways we can scale and grow our business
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc assignments as assigned


  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience working in marketing, either in house or agency
  • Wide range of marketing experience including as many of the following as possible: content marketing, SEO, social media, field marketing, and account-based marketing 
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and turn them into digestible marketing content
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot, MailChimp, and inbound marketing concepts
  • Exceptionally strong writing skills - perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field that requires strong writing prowess
  • Nice to haves: Understanding of business intelligence tools and technologies such as databases, data transformation tools, and data visualization tools. Experience working for a services company, ideally one with a tech focus.
