JOB OVERVIEW: 

The Sr. Infrastructure Administrator’s primary responsibility will be supporting Keyrus Group’s US (Keyrus US, Keyrus EPM Americas & Keyrus Cloud) entities’ IT infrastructure and security operations.  We are looking for someone to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our information systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will deliver the implementation of our company’s computing needs as well as support initiatives to secure and protect Keyrus and its client’s data.

As the employee principally responsible for organization-wide systems and data security, the right candidate will have deep expertise in the following best practices and capable of achieving the following:

  

RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOU WILL DO): 

First 60 Days 

The initial focus of the role will be building out the integration of a Cloud-Based Directory to enforce the security controls proposed across all endpoints and user identities to core services as the critical value add with a tactical maturity model to follow. You will:

  • Participate in rollout of organization selected endpoint management platform.
  • Participate in rollout of updated, unified IT policies.
  • Bring existing infrastructure and solutions under the coverage of new policies.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Monitor, maintain, and perform day-to-day administrative tasks supporting the tech stack to keep the business running smoothly. (e.g., ensure security updates are consistently current on our team’s computers) 
  • Own employee IT on/offboarding strategy, setting up machines for new hires, rolling services up/down and refurbishing laptops for backup inventory. 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT and security protocols 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to attest that our IT and data security policies are compliant with new Client contractual requirements
  • Provide occasional tech support, limited as most employees perform their own (i.e., password resets)
  • Advise on hardware purchasing strategy and life-cycle management, mainly for laptops

Strategic

After initial setup is complete and day-to-day is running smoothly:

  •  Continually research and keep current on new technologies
  • Stay up to date on legal and compliance via awareness trainings and update our policies and practices accordingly
  • Study for your own CISSP certification and other relevant industry certs as make sense (Keyrus sponsors this for you)
  • Action longer-term steps in the defined strategic roadmap 
  • Investigate SOC compliance requirements for potential certification

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR):

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with endpoint systems administration or identity management with 5+ years of overall IT experience
  •  Advanced experience with endpoint management platform administration including Jamf, AirWatch, InTune (MSFT O365), JumpCloud, AWS Workspaces, Google Suite, or equivalent platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing and administrating endpoint systems including hardware, OS (MacOS, Windows), Cloud Directory Services (Okta, Azure AD), group policy, antivirus, monitoring, and patching.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across internal teams on relevant security risks 
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and maturing the security and operational excellence of technology delivery
  • Excellent working knowledge of endpoint systems, security, and network administration
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute 
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing deadlines and time-restraints
  • Strong desire to continue to grow skillset, and to be “hands-on” in technology delivery
