AWS Data and Analytics Consultant
Keyrus US is looking for a certified AWS Data and Analytics professional to function as our Cloud Analytics practice lead alongside our Engineering and Data Intelligence teams.
Job Requirements:
Design
Design, architect, and implement AWS analytics services in a variety of enterprise environments
Collaborate with key stakeholders, executives, data engineers, and data analysts to perform data discovery and develop various objectives for data architecture and strategy
Contribute to large-scale data warehousing and analytics project pipeline design and architecture
Develop
Develop in Java, Python, R, or other high-level languages
Work with distributed scalable Big Data storage, processing, and computation, including AWS EMR, Spark, etc.
Utilize real-time, large-scale data processing engines like Apache Kafka.
Develop analytics solutions using AWS analytics tools such as Cloud Search, Athena, Amazon ESS, Kinesis, Red Shift, Data Exchange, Glue, EMR, Quicksight, Data Pipeline, Lake Formation, etc
Lead
Work with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems
Develop data strategies that define how data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing the data
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and analysts
Qualifications:
4+ years of AWS Cloud Data Architecture experience (ability to make recommendations, design, work with cloud computing strategy/etc.)
Hands-on experience with AWS data and analytics tools mentioned above such as Cloud Search, Athena, Amazon ESS, Kinesis, Red Shift, Data Exchange, Glue, EMR, Quicksight, Data Pipeline, Lake Formation, etc.
Experience building data lakes in AWS Cloud, moving data applications to the Cloud, and developing cloud-native data applications
Knowledge of SQL or Hadoop technology (Hive, Pig, Impala, Spark SQL, Presto)
Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
Proven track record in Data Warehouse design and supporting BI analytics solutions
Lead discussions with customers on design, best practices, and implementation details of proposed solutions
Preferred Qualifications: *
AWS Data and Analytics Specialist Certified or related AWS Certifications
Demonstrable experience in AWS Redshift, EMR, Glue, Kinesis, Textract, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, LakeFormation, and other AWS data and analytics services
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
