Location: Remote with 20% travel
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within existing accounts.
Understand the client's business goals and pain points, and align our solutions to address their needs.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify areas where data and analytics consultancy services can add value.
Develop and present tailored, data-driven solutions to meet client objectives.
Provide thought leadership in data and analytics to clients, helping them understand the strategic importance of our services.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage any escalations.
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Keep track of sales activities in the CRM system and report on progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in data and analytics.
Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to inform strategy.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Science, IT) is preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the data and analytics or IT consulting industry.
Strong technical knowledge in data and analytics solutions.
Proven track record of consultative sales and account expansion.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
