About the role:
Keyrus North America (NORAM) is seeking a full-time Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and modern cloud data platforms. At Keyrus, every day is a chance to innovate and make an impact. You will:

- Lead engineering for real-time and ML/AI use cases including data/feature pipelines, Kafka/Kinesis experience, vector database integrations, and integrations with LLMs and AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI) for enterprise applications
- Lead a small technical team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful delivery and development of team members
- Contribute to proposals, solutioning, and client conversations with technical expertise and market knowledge to add strategic value
- Manage Agile/Scrum project delivery, from backlog management to sprint execution, ensuring efficient outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders—to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions
- Share knowledge with peers, bring a strategic mindset to projects, and help shape best practices in our data practice
- Stay up to date with offerings and emerging technologies, recommending improvements and innovative solutions to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in data engineering or cloud data roles, with proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, including building and optimizing data pipelines and strong expertise in at least two of the following: Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, or Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS)
- Experience in client-facing roles, with involvement in pre-sales and proposals, and the ability to leverage market insights in client and partner conversations
- Experience managing projects or leading technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
What we offer:
- A stimulating environment where you will be able to surpass yourself and discover new horizons
- A strong culture of innovation and entrepreneurship
- Health insurance for you and your family members
- 401K plan
- Monthly Wellness Allowance
- 4 weeks of paid vacation
- Language courses (French & English)
- Access to continuing education (in-house, conferences, events, courses, certifications, etc.)
