🌍Location: Fully remote (US)
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our Keyrus NORAM team, motivated by a passion to deliver value for our customer’s data technology solution investments by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that result in faster adoption, increased proficiency, and minimize resistance.
This role also includes contributing to a growing Strategic Advisory practice and participating in practice development activities such as supporting the development of practice offerings and marketing collateral.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement change management strategies and detailed plans for change initiatives that demonstrate an understanding of the customer’s business needs by tailoring solutions to those specific needs.
- Coach customers and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project context.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption using quantitative (user metrics, surveys, etc.) and qualitative (observations, communications, etc.) techniques and revise plans, if needed, based on results.
- Conduct ongoing risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project to determine potential challenges/barriers/resistance and identify corresponding risk mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with customer project owners to ensure expected benefits are realized.
- Coordinate with project managers ensuring alignment between change management and technical implementation plans for the initiative.
- Develop and execute stakeholder, resistance management, communication, and training plans.
- Develop and deliver communications assets related to the change management plan, e.g., email communications templates, web content, etc.
- Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan, e.g., training slide decks, webinars, job aids, video shorts, FAQs, etc.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Proven experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and practices, particularly in the context of technology implementations.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, with excellent critical thinking, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build trust, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and autonomous, with strong analytical, decision-making, and active listening skills.
- Strong technical skills utilizing Microsoft 360 tools (e.g., Power Point) for high impact presentations and/or facilitation of engagements.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate the benefits into training and communications assets.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Marketing, Technology or equivalent preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, technology implementation, organizational change management, training/education, or related field (alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is required).
- Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Experience with data technology solutions such as data warehouses, data lakes, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
